PERSONAL

Dave and his wife Lorre are long time residents of Hampden Township. They are originally from Hagerstown, Maryland.  Through the 1980's they spent six years in  the Boston area.  They have raised two children, Lindsey and Dan, both attended Cumberland Valley Schools.  Lorre is a Medical Technologist, currently working in Micro Biology at Hershey Medical Center.  Their daughter Lindsey graduated from Juniata College and is currently living in Randallstown, MD where she is a Physics teacher in the Baltimore County School district.  Their son, Dan, is an accomplished drummer and is currently living in Hollywood CA, where he is pursuing a career in music.  Dave is also a drummer.   He plays regularly on the Praise and Worship Team at Capital Area Christian Church, gives drum instruction to several students, and plays in a Rock-n-Roll 70/80's jam band.

Dave is active in his church, enjoys running, biking and music.  He keeps busy outside of real estate with his music activities and with projects around his home.
 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Dave has coached soccer, basketball, and baseball. He's served on the Board of Directors of Hampden Youth Baseball Association and on the Board of Directors of Cumberland Valley High School Marching Band Boosters.  He is an active member of the Capital Area Christian Church.

Dave has completed the requirements to secure the ABR credentials - Accredited Buyers Representative

Dave has completed the requirements to secure the CSP credentials - Certified Sales Professional.

Dave has completed the requirement to secure the SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist.
 

Dave is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Realtors Association (GHAR), where he currently serves on the Board of Directors, and on the Grievance Committee.  He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Realtors Association (PAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
